Purchased closed and overgrown golf-course at the entrance of our Lake Las Vegas community, re-entitled several golf holes to 700+ homes, created manicured open space and trails on the remaining unused fairways, and turned existing golf clubhouse into the Lake Las Vegas Sports Club – a centralized community amenity that includes a fitness center, multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, workout classes, steam rooms, and a movement studio.
Acquired 686 finished attached residential lots within a 66-acre masterplan from bank receivership located in Gilbert, AZ
