Raintree is in the business of dreaming, designing, and executing on transforming undervalued properties into rich, vibrant communities. It does not matter if a property is a bankrupt and neglected master plan, an old building, or vacant land; we have done it all.

The success of Raintree’s projects is marked by our team’s ability to think differently as we develop solutions to problems. No challenge is too big for our team. We have significant experience working with entitlement, construction cost, capitalization, development, and market issues.
Our team has shepherded project approvals in some of the most difficult local jurisdictions in the Country. We have built projects that many people thought were impossible due to development issues related to rock, naturally occurring resources, and infrastructure. Over the years, Raintree has taken several projects through the receivership, foreclosure, stabilization, and rebuilding process. We have value engineered projects by redesigning engineering plans to make the construction costs feasible. And we have strategically navigated large development costs through public bond sales, infrastructure grants, bank financing, trade credit, and structured land sale transactions. Raintree has even started and operated a marketing and event company, grocery store, sports activity company, fitness club, and golf course to restart a bankrupt masterplan.

Our team works well with others. The majority of our business is with repeat customers and strategic partners. Communication is one of our strongest skills. We can manage large operations remotely over the phone. We also know the importance of face-to-face interactions and when to have those conservations. Almost any problem can be solved by sitting down with someone in person and listening. This is one of the ways we have been able to scale our business across the western United States.
